1. General Conditions

BrewDripSip is a Canadian business operated in partnership with Temecula Coffee Roasters in Temecula, California, USA.

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products and Orders

All products, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

We strive to display product descriptions and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect colors, textures, or packaging details.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit or cancel orders at our discretion;

  • Refuse orders suspected to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors;

  • Limit quantities purchased per customer or household;

  • Discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Donations

BrewDripSip is committed to supporting animal welfare organizations.

Unless otherwise stated, BrewDripSip donates $2 USD from every bag of coffee sold to eligible animal rescue and welfare organizations. Donation recipients may change over time and are selected at BrewDripSip's sole discretion.

Donation amounts are not refundable and do not constitute charitable contributions made directly by customers.

4. Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and account information for all purchases.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders if inaccurate information is provided or if fraud is suspected.

5. Third-Party Services

Our Site may include links to or integrations with third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, and shipping providers.

BrewDripSip is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or actions of third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their own terms and policies.
